New Delhi. On the first day of Shardiya Navratri, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the nation with a heartfelt message, asking people to welcome the festival with devotion and courage.
The PM Modi Navratri Message quickly went viral, resonating with millions across the country for its spiritual depth and nationalistic spirit.
Taking to social media platform X, PM Modi wrote:
“Infinite Navratri greetings to all of you. May this sacred festival, filled with devotion, courage, restraint, and determination, bring new strength and new faith into everyone’s life. Jai Mata Di!”
He reminded the nation that the first day of Navratri is dedicated to Maa Shailputri, saying:
“Today is the special day for worship of Mother Shailputri. With her blessings, may everyone’s life be filled with health and good fortune.”
In a separate post, PM Modi shared a soulful bhajan by Pandit Jasraj, one of India’s most respected classical singers. Inviting people to take part, he wrote:
“Navratri is about pure devotion. So many have expressed this through music. Sharing one such rendition by Pandit Jasraj ji. If you have sung a bhajan or have a favourite one, please share it with me. I will post some of them in the coming days.”
This year’s Navratri also marks the start of GST 2.0, a key reform aimed at lowering prices of many goods and services. Linking the festival to national progress, PM Modi added:
“This time, Navratri is very special. Along with the GST Savings Festival, the mantra of Swadeshi will gain new strength. Let us unite for a self-reliant and developed India.”
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also wished the nation:
“May Mother Durga’s blessings bring strength, devotion, and prosperity. May India progress and become a guiding light for peace and welfare.”
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath shared his greetings too, saying:
“Heartfelt congratulations to all on Shardiya Navratri. May Mother Bhagwati bless everyone with happiness, health, and prosperity. Jai Mata Ki!”
Navratri has once again united leaders and people in prayers, music, and devotion — with PM Modi Navratri Message making it even more special this year.
