3N/4D do dham tour itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival at Dehradun

You must Arrive in Dehradun by afternoon. Then when you arrive at your hotel, You’ll be given a detailed safety briefing about the dodham tour starting next day.

You must Keep only essentials items (max 5 kg) in a soft bag (duffel). You can keep bigger luggage at the hotel cloak room. Sleep early as your flying will starts in the morning.

Day 2: Dehradun - Kedarnath

Your Do dham Yatra by Helicopter will begin from today. After check-out from hotel, our team will take you to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun, which is the official starting point of this spiritual journey.

From here we will fly directly to Kedarnath Helipad in Kedarnath. Here you will land at Guptkashi, Sersi or Phata. From here, you will board a shuttle chopper that has permission to reach Kedarnath Temple.

In just 10 minutes, you skip the hard 18 km uphill trek and will land at the Kedarnath Helipad which is just 500 metres away from the temple. You get 1.5 hours for a smooth VIP darshan of Lord Shiva before getting back to the Kedarnath base.

After darshan at Kedarnath, you will return to your hotel near Kedarnath for an overnight stay. If time and weather allows, then you may also plan light sightseeing. Day 3: Kedarnath - Badrinath

From Badrinath ji you will take your ride to Dehradun to end the Do dham trip.

Our team will take you to Badrinath Helipad from Hotel, for your return trip to Dehradun. Then you will land at Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun, the same place where your dodham Yatra by Helicopter started.

And now, your sacred do dham Heli Yatra will come to an end. In Dehradun, we will take you to Hotel, where you can take your luggage from cloak room. Then we will transfer you to railway station/airport as you request.

Important Notes for Dodham Yatra by Helicopter

1. Children above 2 years need full tickets for the 2 Dham Yatra by Helicopter. No special concession applies to children or senior citizens.
2. One private cab is provided for every six passengers wherever required during the Dodham Heli Yatra.
3. Any disputes about service, rules, or terms of your Dodham Helicopter Yatra will follow Delhi jurisdiction laws.
4. In case of emergencies or bad weather, yatris may be taken back to Dehradun using alternate transport. Your Dodham Yatra Package ensures smooth handling of such cases.
5. Even if royalty fees change, the Do Dham Yatra by Helicopter Price remains fixed once you book.
6. Luggage above 5 kg is not allowed on the Dodham Yatra in Helicopter, as per safety rules.
7. If a passenger gives the wrong body weight at the time of Do Dham Helicopter Booking and is deboarded later, no refund will be issued.
8. We do not cover extra hotel nights caused by bad weather; such expenses are borne by passengers.
9. Mobile networks like Airtel and BSNL work at most dhams during the Dodham Yatra Packages by Helicopter.
10. Carry valid ID: Aadhar Card for Indians and Passport for foreigners, mandatory for the Do Dham Helicopter Package.
11. Tips and donations at temples are not included; yatris bear these personal expenses.
12. Tickets for the Dodham Yatra by Helicopter are non-transferable. Any change of name is not permitted.

Payment Policy for Dodham Yatra by Helicopter

1. To confirm your Dodham Yatra by Helicopter, we take an advance payment. The balance can be paid before you depart from your country or after arrival in India, as agreed with our team.
2. The management decides the advance amount based on the service type and the time left before your Dodham Heli Yatra begins.
3. For peak seasons (like Christmas or New Year) or special bookings such as luxury trains and resorts, full advance payment is required as per your Dodham Yatra Package proposal.

• 30% of the amount – at confirmation of order.
• 70% of the amount – on Day 1 of the 2 Dham Yatra by Helicopter tour.

• 50% of the amount – at confirmation of order.
• 50% of the amount – one month before the Dodham Helicopter Yatra start date.

Cancellation Policy – Dodham Yatra by Helicopter

1. Before 25 days of your Dodham Yatra by Helicopter date – 25% of the total package cost will be doged.
2. Between 25–30 days – 50% of the Dodham Yatra Package cost will be doged as cancellation.
3. Within 30 days of departure – No refund will be given; 100% of the Dodham Yatra Packages by Helicopter cost will be doged.
4. Cancellations due to Covid or No Show – No refund applies; the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Special cases – For luxury trains and peak season hotels, a separate cancellation rule applies. For flight tickets, airline cancellation policies are followed.

Refund & Deduction Policy – Dodham Yatra by Helicopter

1. For every unutilized dham sector in the Dodham Yatra by Helicopter, 25% of the tour cost is deducted, plus ₹25,000 per person for flight prep and ground arrangements.
2. Any extra services availed during your Dodham Heli Yatra will be adjusted separately, over and above the refundable amount of your Dodham Yatra Package.
3. Refunds are not calculated individually for unused services. Only the overall balance refund is processed for your Dodham Helicopter Yatra.
