Ayodhya – Ram’s birth place looked magical last night. The city glowed like never before as More than 2.6 million diyas were lit along the Saryu River during Ayodhya Deepotsav. And yes, it made it to the Guinness World Records.
People couldn’t stop staring. Kids were running around with small diyas in their hands. Families were clicking photos. The ghats looked like a river of gold. Volunteers, nearly thirty thousand of them, worked all day to make it happen. One by one, every diya was placed. And when the lamps were lit together, the city felt alive.
It wasn’t just diyas. There were fireworks over the Ram Mandir. A laser show lit up the sky as People sat by the river, watching, cheering, and feeling proud. Some were even crying. The joy was real.
Ayodhya Deepotsav is special here. It’s about Lord Ram returning to Ayodhya. Lighting diyas is more than decoration. It’s hope, it’s victory of light over darkness. It’s tradition that brings everyone together.
This year, the city showed what unity means. It wasn’t just about breaking a record as It was about heart, faith, and togetherness. Ayodhya didn’t just shine. It touched hearts.
