Ayodhya to Unveil Ramayan Wax Museum This Diwali

Ayodhya – This Deepotsav, Ayodhya Wax Museum will add a new glow to Diwali. The city will unveil the world’s first Ramayan-themed wax museum. Bringing the epic to life with stunning life-like statues and 3D effects.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will inaugurate the museum on October 19. Spread over a huge space on Chaudah Kosi Parikrama Marg, the museum features 50 wax figures of Ram, Sita, Lakshman, Hanuman, Ravan, Vibhishan and more.

The two-storey museum will walk visitors through the story of Ramayan. The ground floor covers Lord Ram’s childhood and Sita’s swayamvar. The first floor recreates exile, Lanka Dahan, and the legendary war with Ravan. To make the experience more real, 3D light shows will bring key moments like Sita’s abduction and Hanuman burning Lanka alive.

A special selfie point with Ram Lalla’s statue has also been set up for visitors. The museum can host around 100 people at one time. The organizers have priced the tickets at Rs 100 per person and will give part of the revenue to the Ayodhya civic body.

Sunil Wax Museum, the group behind celebrity wax museums in Lonavala and Thiruvananthapuram, has built the project.

With this grand opening, Ayodhya Wax Museum is ready to celebrate Diwali like never before – where faith, history, and art meet under one roof.
