Char Dham Helicopter Restart After Monsoon Break!

Dehradun: Great news for Char Dham pilgrims! The DGCA has allowed helicopter services to restart again after the monsoon break. Now devotees can fly safely to the holy shrines in Uttarakhand without long treks.

The Ministry of Civil Aviation said all helipads, helicopters, and operators were carefully checked as Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held meetings in Dehradun and Delhi to make sure everything is ready.

“Helicopters are important for pilgrims going to remote shrines. We have added extra safety checks, and DGCA will keep a close watch,” said the Ministry.

Pilgrims can now plan their trips and book helicopter rides safely. Operators will follow strict safety rules, and helipads have been fully inspected. The DGCA will continue monitoring operations to make sure all flights are safe and smooth.
