Balrampur / Uttar Pradesh – Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made an unannounced stop at the Maa Pateshwari Devi temple in Balrampur and offered prayers early Sunday. His darshan drew crowds within minutes as locals rushed to the temple after hearing the news.
He performed traditional rituals inside the sanctum while priests chanted mantras. Heavy security surrounded the area as devotees clicked photos and tried to catch a glimpse.
CM Yogi visits Maa Pateshwari Devi during the festive season, and people at the temple said the visit added pride and attention to the shrine. Many called it a strong devotional message from the CM ahead of Navratri.
Officials said he also spoke to temple staff and checked on arrangements for pilgrims.
The visit has quickly become a talking point in the district, with photos and videos already circulating across social media.
